Circumstances/Info: On Sunday, September 17, 2000, at approximately 9:40am, when Edna Kent left for church, her house mate and friend, David Fennell, age 79 was sitting on the couch reading the Sunday newspaper. When Edna returned home at approx 12:50pm she discovered Fennell on the couch, deceased from numerous stab wounds. Fennell was a retired salesman who was divorced from his first wife. Edna Kent was widowed in 1972 and the two of them started dating in 1978 with David moving in with Edna in 1979. David's only son, Shane lived in Massachusetts.
After several hundred leads being followed up on, and extensive interviews of friends, associates and family members of both David and Edna this investigation remains an open case. Robbery does not appear to have been a motive.

Circumstances/Info: On July 07, 1999 at approximately 5:00pm members of the Chenango County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on the One Eye Road in the Town of Pharsalia, Chenango County, New York. The One Eye Road is a rural dirt road located east of the City of Norwich, NY. Upon entering the residence, Deputies discovered the body of the owner: Thomas L. Francisco age 38. As a result, an Autopsy was conducted and the cause of death was ruled to be a Homicide. The Victim was employed in the Village of Cazenovia, Madison County, New York. He also owned a portable sawmill. At the time of his death Mr. Francisco was living alone and working the night shift. A multi Agency Task Force was established consisting of the Cortland County Sheriff's Office, Madison County Sheriff's Office and Broome County Sheriff's Office.
Tom left a mother, father and a 7 year old son behind. The family is asking for anyone that may have information regarding Tom's death to contact the authorities.

Circumstances/Info: The lifeless body of Suzanne "Sue" Pitcher, 38, was found in a field, just off the roadway on Wadsworth Road in the Town of Caledonia. Ms. Pitcher was last seen near her home on East Main street, Rochester, near Culver Road, in the early morning hours of August 2, 1999. Her body was discovered around 7:00 A.M.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office, new York State Police and Rochester Police Department have investigated hundreds of leads and conducted numerous interviews. Efforts continue to bring the case to resolve, to bring her killer to justice, and to provide her family a sense of closure.
There is reason to believe that there may be individuals who have information pertinent to this investigation, that for unknown reasons, have not yet come forward. We are making an appeal to those persons to contact the Sheriff's Office as soon as possible. Even if you think your information is unimportant, or someone else may have already reported what you know, please call the Livingston County Sheriff's Office. Your call may be the one that provides us with the information to solve this case. SUSPECT Unknown Male 20 - 30 years of age 5'9" - 6'0" Slender Build, Medium Length Hair (NOTE: description may vary) Suspect Vehicle Early to Mid 90's Small to Midsized Dark Green or Turquoise. Unknown if 2 or 4 door vehicle.

Circumstances/Info: Remains found in November of 1979 off State Highway 20 (Town of Caledonia, 23 mi. south of Rochester). She was wearing tan corduroy jeans, a multi-colored plaid shirt, blue knee socks, brown shoes, a red man's windbreaker with black stripes down the arms and color label reading Auto Sports Products, Inc.
