NAME: David Fennell SEX: Male AGE: 79 DATE OF BIRTH: N/A HEIGHT: N/A WEIGHT: N/A HAIR COLOR: N/A EYE COLOR: RACE: White DATE FOUND: 09/17/2000 DATE OF PICTURE: N/A Circumstances/Info: On Sunday, September 17, 2000, at approximately 9:40am, when Edna Kent left for church, her house mate and friend, David Fennell, age 79 was sitting on the couch reading the Sunday newspaper. When Edna returned home at approx 12:50pm she discovered Fennell on the couch, deceased from numerous stab wounds. Fennell was a retired salesman who was divorced from his first wife. Edna Kent was widowed in 1972 and the two of them started dating in 1978 with David moving in with Edna in 1979. David's only son, Shane lived in Massachusetts. NAME: Thomas L. Francisco Circumstances/Info: On July 07, 1999 at approximately 5:00pm members of the Chenango County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on the One Eye Road in the Town of Pharsalia, Chenango County, New York. The One Eye Road is a rural dirt road located east of the City of Norwich, NY. Upon entering the residence, Deputies discovered the body of the owner: Thomas L. Francisco age 38. As a result, an Autopsy was conducted and the cause of death was ruled to be a Homicide. The Victim was employed in the Village of Cazenovia, Madison County, New York. He also owned a portable sawmill. At the time of his death Mr. Francisco was living alone and working the night shift. A multi Agency Task Force was established consisting of the Cortland County Sheriff's Office, Madison County Sheriff's Office and Broome County Sheriff's Office.

NAME: Suzanne M. Pitcher Circumstances/Info: The lifeless body of Suzanne "Sue" Pitcher, 38, was found in a field, just off the roadway on Wadsworth Road in the Town of Caledonia. Ms. Pitcher was last seen near her home on East Main street, Rochester, near Culver Road, in the early morning hours of August 2, 1999. Her body was discovered around 7:00 A.M.
